Refund Eligibility
Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.
Credit Usage: If you have used more than 20 credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
Subscription Plans: For monthly or annual subscriptions, refunds are only available for the initial purchase. Renewals are not eligible for refunds unless cancelled before the renewal date.
One-Time Purchases: One-time credit purchases are eligible for refund within the time and usage limits specified above.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 3-day time limit
- Accounts that have used more than 20 credits
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal date)
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account suspension or termination
- Changes in personal preference or dissatisfaction with generated content quality after extensive usage
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Reason for the refund request
- Current credit usage (we will verify this internally)
3. Submit Within 3 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 5% of the initial payment to cover transaction costs.
